The resort villa from the Epoque of Napoléon III has 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, a large kitchen, beautifull dinning-room-salon. The two-car garage is datached from the house. The house is confortable furnished.
Every person can find his own quiet corner:
Some for skiing on the slopes of Prarion and Houches ski area, at the foot of the Villa to take the "TMB" - the Mont Blanc Tramway
The others for discovering the 420 km of slopes between pine trees and alpine chalets opposite the exceptional panorama of Mont Blanc from Saint Gervais - le Bettex.
Some others also will prefer to discover unforgettable snowshoes outlings or cross-country skiing in the winter (Or trekking in the summer) from Saint Nicolas de Vérose to Saint Gervais.
Without forget one of the best snowparks in the Haute Savoie region, an area entirely reserved for young riders.
